The Commons is sitting again after the half term break and the following is the diary for debates and meetings affecting wildlife, nature and the environment.
For me the day to look out for next week is Tuesday with a couple of interesting meetings in The Thatcher Room. There’s a morning meeting looking at bioenergy (much more reliable and efficient than wind or solar and pretty close to market) and in the afternoon a meeting about policies to protect the Arctic environment. Both meetings can be watched live on Parliament TV on the internet.
This week the House of Lords are having a break from their responsibilities.
