Return & Refund Policy
when things go wrong
Thanks for shopping at Wildlife News. We endeavour to get things right the first time. However, we are all human and mistakes can happen. When things go wrong we want you to have confidence in us and our ability and desire to put things right.
We abide by all consumer laws in the UK. To find out more about your rights when buying online please check out the advice offered by Which?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days of receiving the items back. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will deduct an amount equal to any access wear or cleaning required. Excess wear is anything that is more than would be from normal examination in a shop if buying from retail outlets.
The amount we will repay will be the full cost of the item (less any deductions for wear) and standard postage that you paid for the delivery of the order.
If the item sent was not what you ordered or the item arrived damaged then we will refund the return cost at standard postage rates, but you are responsible for ensuring you have proof of delivery to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the item sent was different to that ordered or arrived damaged.
