Often known as the Flanders or Remembrance poppy, these delightful papery skinny scarlet red 2-4 flowers are constituted of early summer in abundance on upright 12-18 stems. Often seen in meadows, roadsides and more and more in wheat fields with the drop in chemicals used. Thrives on neglect.
